Because music is personal and subjective, I can’t guarantee that every creative choice will match exactly what you imagined. Your song includes one reasonable revision to address changes or corrections. Major changes in story, musical style or direction after production has begun may require an additional charge.

Please make sure you have permission to share any private or sensitive information you provide about other people. I reserve the right to decline material that I consider inappropriate or unsuitable for the service.

Your finished song is intended for your personal use and may be shared with family and friends and on your personal social-media accounts. Commercial use, resale, distribution for profit, or claiming authorship of the song requires separate permission.

I will never publicly use your personal story, song, name, photographs or other identifying information as a promotional example without your permission.

Payment & Satisfaction Promise

Because every song is created specifically for you, payment is made after you approve the direction.

My goal is to create a song that genuinely reflects the story and feelings you share with me. Your purchase includes one round of reasonable revisions to the lyrics or other details if I missed something important or misunderstood information you provided.

Because music and artistic preferences are subjective, I can’t guarantee that every aspect of the finished song will match exactly what you imagined. However, if I have substantially misunderstood the story or direction you provided, I’ll work with you to make it right.

Once work on your personalized song has begun, payments are generally non-refundable. If for any reason I am unable to complete your song, your payment will be refunded in full.

If I missed something or misunderstood I’ll work with you to get it right. I will do one revision within 5 days of delivery. Please do not misunderstand, this does not apply if you change your mind about any of the details you shared.

Your Song Is Yours to Enjoy

Your custom song is created especially for you from the information and stories you provide. Once completed and paid for, you may download it, share it with family and friends, give it as a gift, use it in personal videos or slideshows, and play it at personal events.

Your purchase provides personal-use rights to the finished recording. It does not transfer exclusive copyright or publishing rights to the underlying music or production. If you’d like to use your song commercially, please contact me first.
